Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Certain items (opened cosmetics, hygiene products, gift cards) are non-returnable for safety reasons.

Process

  1. Contact support@myrraz.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide a return authorization and shipping label.

  3. Send the item back securely packaged.

Refunds

  • Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you want a replacement item, you can request an exchange instead of a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

International Returns

Customers outside our domestic region are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Products returned after 30 days.

  • Items not in resalable condition.

  • Products marked as “final sale.”

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the refund policy above applies.
