Eligibility for Returns

Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Certain items (opened cosmetics, hygiene products, gift cards) are non-returnable for safety reasons.
Process

Our team will provide a return authorization and shipping label.

Send the item back securely packaged.
Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you want a replacement item, you can request an exchange instead of a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
International Returns
Customers outside our domestic region are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties.
